EMIRATES OPERATIONS UPDATE : By 7 March, Emirates will be operating 106 daily return flights to 83 destinations, representing nearly 60% of its global route network.
Following the partial reopening of regional airspace, the airline is currently running a reduced flight schedule while gradually working to restore full network operations. Emirates expects to return to 100% of its route network within the next few days, depending on airspace availability and the completion of operational requirements. The airline emphasized that safety remains its top priority, alongside its duty of care to passengers.
On the previous day, Emirates carried around 30,000 passengers departing from Dubai. In response to strong demand in certain markets, the airline has significantly increased operations in key regions. In the United Kingdom, Emirates will operate 11 daily flights across five airports by 7 March, highlighting strong travel demand between the UAE and the UK. In India, additional capacity is being added, with the airline scaling up to 22 daily flights serving all nine of its Indian gateways by 7 March. In the United States, Emirates is currently operating flights to seven destinations, maintaining vital connectivity between the US and the UAE.
Flights to selected destinations are currently operating, and customers are advised to check availability and make bookings online. Passengers with earlier bookings are being accommodated as a priority. The airline has advised customers to travel to the airport only if they have a confirmed booking.
Emirates said it will continue to closely monitor the situation and adjust operations as necessary. Customers are encouraged to check the airline’s website and official social media channels for the latest updates.
