A suspected robber believed to be behind a string of violent attacks in Kyaliwajjala and surrounding areas is in police custody following a targeted operation by officers in Kira Division.
The suspect, identified as James Lumu, was arrested on June 18, 2026, in Kyaliwajjala Kapeera after investigators linked him to a robbery that took place two days earlier in Nabwojjo, Kyaliwajjala B Zone.
