Police in Hima Division is Investigating circumstances sorounding the drowning of a one Bwambale Paul 18yrs old , a herds man in Ruhita Village, Hima Parish , Kitswamba Sub-county in Hima.
It is alleged that the deceased while grazing the goats at approximately 7:30pm , one goats escaped and went to the Community Valley Dam to drink water and it got drowned and in the process of rescuing it, the deceased also drowned.
Hima Police DPC SP Suzan Nerima Bwire and her team respond Swifty to the scene to retrieve the Body of the deceased, unfortunately being nigh, the Operation wasn’t successful.
