Black, a leading brand in audio and wearable technology, has announced a groundbreaking partnership with the Stanbic Black Pirates Rugby Club, blending innovation with sports to enhance both player performance and fan engagement.

Through this collaboration, Black’s cutting-edge wearables and audio gear will be integrated into the team’s training and gameplay, optimizing efficiency and strategy.

“We are thrilled about this partnership,” said Mourice Aliganyira of Black. “Our innovative technology, combined with the electrifying energy of rugby, will not only elevate the sport but also redefine how fans experience the game.”

Daniel Abaasa, the Stanbic Black Pirates’ fans coordinator, emphasized the initiative’s broader impact. “This partnership extends beyond the pitch. It enhances our community outreach and reinforces our legacy, creating more opportunities for meaningful interactions with supporters.”

Already, Black Pirates players are benefiting from performance-tracking devices that provide real-time data to refine their skills and strategies. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to exclusive content, digital engagement platforms, and unique behind-the-scenes access to their favorite team.

The announcement comes as the Stanbic Black Pirates gear up for a highly anticipated showdown against the Platinum Credit Heathens at Kings Park Arena in Bweyogerere.
