Breaking News: Police at Bwera Division in Kasese District is currently investigating circumstances sorounding the death of a one Bwambale Gerald aged 54yrs old, the Chairperson LCII Kyogha Bwera Sub- County in kasese district.
It is alleged that on 3rd June 2025 at approximately 0403hrs in the Morning, Unknown thugs armed with a Deadly Weapon (Gun) in Kyogha Central I Village in the kasese district attacked a one Bwambale Gerald, Now the deceased while sleeping inside his dwelling house, shot through the door and the bullet injured him through the stomach, they robbed a flat screen Television and a small phone.
Police responded swiftly and rushed the victim to Kagando Hospital – Bwera and was later pronounced dead after undergoing a Minor Operation.
Nelson Tumushime SP Spokesperson Police Kasese confirmed the news, noting that investigations are going to bring the culprits to book.
