The fraternity of Muslim clerics has strongly condemned the recent brutality by security forces on innocent citizens during the concluded Kawempe North by-election saying the act was insensitive to human life.
The remarks were made shortly after the main Eid prayers at Bilal Islamic schools- Bwaise in Kawempe division.
Eid Prayers were presided over by Muhammad Kamoga Junior, the son to the principal Bilal Schools sheikh Muhammad Kamoga who preached for peace in the world and urged all those at conflict to refrain from confrontations which do not yield positive results.
Sheikh Kamoga reminded the parents of their cardinal responsibility of sending children to school.
He emphasized the significance of education in shaping the future of the young People.
