It includes the construction of the Clock Tower Flyover, an underpass at Nsambya Junction, and enhancements to key roads and intersections.

During the event, the President highlighted the strong ties between Uganda and Japan, which have contributed to advancements in the nation’s economy.

He also called on the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), responsible for the upkeep of this and other urban projects, to engage effectively with the community.

Emphasizing the importance of public participation, the President urged citizens to help maintain a clean city and to avoid negative behaviors such as littering, which can obstruct drainage systems.

He extended his congratulations to the people of Uganda for reaching this significant achievement.
