Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Chairman Lee Man-hee), announced that more than 60,000 believers have completed its intensive Bible education program over the past four years — including more than 13,000 pastors.
At the “116th Class Graduation Ceremony of Zion Christian Mission Center,” held at Shincheonji Cheongju Church on November 2, a total of 59,192 students officially graduated. The Zion Christian Mission Center is a free Bible education institution offering a systematic curriculum that covers the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation, with special emphasis on prophecy and fulfillment. To graduate, students must complete all three stages of study — introductory, intermediate, and advanced — and score at least 90 points on a comprehensive final exam.
A Shincheonji representative noted, “Although this class underwent a rigorous process, the number of graduates has now reached 60,000 since in-person classes resumed after the pandemic. This reflects a growing thirst for truth that transcends denominational boundaries.”
Among this year’s graduates, 2,248 are pastors, contributing to a total of more than 13,500 pastor graduates over the past four years. One such graduate, former pastor Oh Sun-kyung — who had previously established three churches — shared, “At Zion Christian Mission Center, I finally came to understand the Book of Revelation, something neither seminaries nor churches could fully explain. Even after reading the Bible over 30 times, I had unanswered questions. My life has been completely transformed through this Word.”
He added, “I regret not having known this teaching when I was a pastor. I will now dedicate myself to sharing this truth across denominations, without distortion.”
Tan Young-jin, Head Director of the Zion Christian Mission Center, stated, “Despite years of persecution and misunderstanding, Shincheonji has continued to grow, producing tens of thousands of spiritually mature graduates. Such revival is possible only because God is with us.”
He continued, “Through this process, believers — including many pastors — have come to grasp the true reality of the Scriptures. We are witnessing a restoration of genuine, Bible-centered faith.”
This year’s ceremony, held under the theme “Love, Blessings, and the Light that Shines upon the World,” featured a national ceremony and congratulatory address, a speech by Chairman Lee Man-hee, a benediction prayer, tassel-turning, the presentation of awards and certificates, a graduate testimony, and a celebratory performance.
