The theme for this year’s Symposium ” Levellingthe Ground to Upscale Effective Participation of Women in the Construction and Infrastructure Development ” Underscores our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where women can fully thrive in all aspects of the construction and infrastructure industry.

Mrs Kiara said that this symposium aims to address the key issues facing women in the construction sector and to outline actionable steps for creating a more equitable environment for all.

Kiara said that the symposium also intended to recognise and amplify women’s achievements and to identify and adressing the barriers that prevent women from fully participating in the construction sector, offering concentrated strategies to remove those obstacles and create lasting change.

”Through this symposium, we aim to provide a platform for women to connect with mentors, peers, and industry leaders, enabling them to access new business opportunities, enhance their professional skills, and grow their networks,” she added.
