KAMPALA, Uganda : To enrich the cultural and sporting life of overseas staff and strengthen team cohesion and solidarity, the “One Heart, One Mission: Forging a Brilliant Future in Africa” Sports and Culture Festival was successfully held on April 29 at the activity hall of the NSSF Pension Tower Phase II Project.
Both Chinese and Ugandan employees gathered with great enthusiasm, showcasing vitality, strengthening unity, and boosting motivation through sports.
Liu Qiang, General Manager of CRJE (East Africa) Limited, said that under the theme of health, cooperation, and perseverance, the festival featured four competitive and entertaining events: badminton, table tennis, rope skipping, and tug of war.
He noted that participants were divided into four mixed teams. Regardless of position or gender, everyone actively took part and competed with full energy.
On the badminton and table tennis courts, players displayed skillful serves and powerful smashes, earning warm applause. In rope skipping, contestants demonstrated impressive speed and endurance.
