This announcement follows a recent call by Alhaj Kaddunabi Lubega, CEO of the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda, urging sector players at the 5th Annual ICT International Insurance Conference to digitize operations to remain competitive, optimize business processes, reduce risks and improve claim management and settlement.
While discussing the new platform, Jubilee Health Insurance CEO Dan Musiime highlighted that innovation is a key priority for the business, emphasizing that embracing technology allows the company to create tailored products that meet customer needs while ensuring easy access to these solutions.

Furthermore, J-Force will enable intermediaries to effortlessly manage lead generation, onboarding, policy issuance, and renewals. The platform is designed to simplify and enhance productivity, allowing agents to serve clients without the burden of traditional paperwork and multiple onboarding steps.
