SEETA, MUKONO: Mutesa House emerged as the overall winner of the 2026 inter-house sports competitions at Seeta High School Main Campus.
The action-packed, day-long event took place on April 11, 2026, at the school’s sports grounds, drawing excitement from parents, students, and sports enthusiasts. The competition featured a wide range of popular sporting disciplines.
Mutesa House secured the top position with 362 points. They were followed by Muwanga House with 241 points, Chwa House with 234 points, while Ssuuna House trailed with 202 points.
While presenting the prestigious victory trophy, the school headmistress, Namulondo Lillian, congratulated all the competing houses, which are named after former kings of the Buganda Kingdom.
She emphasized that Seeta High School Main Campus is committed to empowering learners through a well-rounded education that includes sports, noting that sports have increasingly become a viable income-generating profession for many people worldwide.
Namulondo also highlighted the school’s active participation in various district and national-level competitions. These include sports, debate, music, dance and drama, as well as academic fields such as mathematics, science and technology, environmental conservation, and health-related activities.
