Kampala, Uganda –Housing Finance Bank and Pearl Marina Estates have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to boost affordable homeownership in Uganda.
The partnership will see Housing Finance Bank offer tailored mortgage solutions, while Pearl Marina provides innovative property developments—combining efforts to make owning a home easier and more accessible.
Michael Mugabi, Managing Director of Housing Finance Bank, said the move supports sustainable homeownership and strengthens Uganda’s real estate sector.
The strategic alliance will enable Housing Finance Bank to provide tailored mortgage financing solutions that make homeownership more accessible and affordable, while leveraging Pearl Marina Estates’ innovative approach to property development.
The partnership is designed to unlock new opportunities in Uganda’s housing sector by combining financial expertise with cutting-edge real estate solutions.
