The Uganda Police Force has achieved a major milestone in the murder case of Joseph Manga, a coffee buyer from Kikoona village in Mukono district.
Utilizing the expertise of their canine unit, authorities apprehended a suspect linked to the crime, following a trail that directed them to the suspect’s residence.
Police reports indicate that Manga was reported missing on January 8, 2025, around 3:00 PM, with his body discovered the following morning in a coffee plantation.
After being alerted, police conducted an investigation that uncovered crucial evidence, including fresh coffee beans found at the suspect’s doorstep and a shirt linked to the case.
