Following major crackdown on criminal activity, in Kamwokya, Kyanja, Kyebando, Kisasi and Mulimila areas, a total of 80 suspects have been arraigned before court after screening.
On February 26, 2026, a coordinated operations by police and other security agencies led to the arrest of over 100 suspects.
However, after screening, 80 more suspects were arraigned at City Hall Court.
Police say these decisive actions are part of an ongoing strategy to restore law, order, and public safety in the division.
